I am the definition of a carpet CAT! I’m equally at home on a table or in a store front display. Arthur is a paper and cloth mache sculptured cat painted with Acrylics.
He is approximately 27 inches in height adorned with a spiffy red fish logoed tie and comes with adopshun papers signed by the artist.
